MyZenfi Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AZ Smart Studios LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("AZ Smart Studios", "we", "us"), governing your use of the MyZenfi mobile application ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The App is not intended for children.
2. Your account
You need a Google account or an email address and password to use the App. Keep your credentials private and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings > Account.
3. The service
MyZenfi lets you log food and activity, track your weight and receive AI-generated calorie estimates and weekly meal and workout plans. We may add, change or remove features, and we may set fair-use limits (for example a daily number of AI requests).
4. Not medical advice
The App provides general wellness information, estimates and suggestions, produced in part by artificial intelligence. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calorie and nutrient values are approximations. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a diet or exercise programme, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell. Never rely on the App in a medical emergency. The App applies safety limits (a minimum calorie intake and a maximum weekly weight change), but you remain responsible for your own health decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App unlawfully or to harm others; attempt to access other users' data; interfere with the service, circumvent usage limits or App Check; reverse engineer the App except where the law allows it; or access the service by automated means.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the App for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.
7. Third-party services
The App relies on Google Firebase, Google Gemini (through Firebase AI Logic), Health Connect and Apple Health, which are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for those services.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code and content (other than your data) belong to AZ Smart Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control.
9. Termination
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the service. Sections 4, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Smart Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes or profits arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in South Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Please contact us first; most concerns can be resolved informally.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the App and take effect on the stated date. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
